Public Service Commission Permanent Secretary Parmesh Chand served his last day in the post today.
This was confirmed by Public Service Commission Chairperson Vishnu Mohan.
Chand will be joining the University of the South Pacific.
Chand has served in the post as Permanent Secretary for the Public Service Commission since 1st April 2009.
His career in the public service spans well over 30 years across various key positions.
