The Northern Division DISMAC team has confirmed five evacuation centers are still active on Vanualevu.
There are 3 evacuation centers in Savusavu and two housing a total of 140 families.
With school re-opening next week, DISMAC is planning to move affected families to other centers.
Meanwhile military officers have been deployed to clean the affected school to ensure no classes begin next week.
