ATH records unaudited S22.6M profit

Amalgamated Telecom Holdings Limited has paid an interim dividend of 12 point 6 million dollars.

This works out to 3 cents per share.

The interim dividend was approved by ATH’s Directors on 10th February based on the group’s financial performance for the half year ended 30th September 2015.

An interim and unaudited net profit after tax and minority interest of $22 point 6 million dollars was recorded.

ATH’s two largest shareholders – the Fiji National Provident Fund and the Government will receive 9 point 19 million dollars and 2 point 18 million dollars respectively as interim dividends.
