A 25-year-old itaukei died in an accident at Laqere along the Kings Road last night.
The man was crossing the road when he was hit by a minibus driven by a 40-year-old man.
The driver has been questioned.
Director Traffic SSP Mahesh Mishra said the identity of the man has been established.
The 25 year old was residing in Tovata and confirmation of his identity was made by his father.
Investigations continue.
