The Amalgamated Telecom Holdings will hold their Annual General Meeting at the end of the month.
Several issues apart from the adoption of the company’s financial reports are on the agenda.
These include the election and remuneration of directors, the appointment of auditors and declaration of dividends.
ATH board recommends that a final dividend of 5 cents per share that translates to just over 21 million dollars be declared.
This will bring the total dividends already declared to 8 cents per share or just under 33 million dollars for the year ended 31st March, 2016.
The AGM will be held on the 31st of August.
