Two men were this afternoon charged with conspiracy to defraud – causing a loss by the Suva Magistrates Court.
Khalil Hussein and Francis Autor is alleged to have dishonestly caused a loss to a Rajnal Prasad in the sum of 100 thousand dollars.
They are alleged to have known that the loss would occur.
The incident allegedly occured between August last year until April of this year in Suva.
Hussein is from Kuku Nausori whilst Autor is from Domain in Suva.
They have been released on bail, with strict conditions.
The duo will take a plea on the 26th of this month.
