The restraining order against convicted businessman Feroz Jan Mohammed and his company T F Jan Limited has been extended for the second time until the 10th of next month.
The order against Jan is prohibiting any transaction or dealings in the proceeds.
This after the Fiji Independent Commission against Corruption charged Mohammed and his Company under the Proceeds of Crimes Act for the forfeiture of property obtained by T F Jan Ltd using 3 point 1 million dollars of the proceeds.
Feroz Jan is currently serving an 8 year sentence after he was convicted for Bribery and Obtaining Financial Advantage from the Fiji Roads Authority.
