Extensive road works at Natadradave in Dawasamu has been completed.
This is to allow members of the public to access the area popularly known as the site of the healing natural spring.
A crew of eight labourers had graded, graveled and widened the road and car park in the area.
Fulton Hogan Highways is contracted by Fiji Roads Authority to improve rural roads and associated infrastructure on Viti Levu’s Rural East and Rural West areas.
Fulton Hogan Highways say that the road to Natadradave and the even the area around the water pipes had become soggy and slipper as a result of the 1000 plus visitors and over 300 vehicles that travel to the area each day.
