Authorities gain access into affected areas

Government is continuing to gain access into affected areas.

There are certain areas Government have not been able to access after Tropical cyclone Winston devastated the country

Authorities are gaining access mainly through air travel with the assistance of Australia and New Zealand defense force.

“Those in the interior of Viti levu, certain areas there in Ra and for Naitasiri. Some of these areas that i have mentioned are now being serviced through airlifts from the helicopters that we have at Nausori” said  Akapusi Tuifagalele – Director NDMO
