“It’s doesn’t come as a surprise to me or perhaps to my client as well but we have actually received no official confirmation that WAF has actually moved into the premises but I’m aware that they actually have the is still as far as my client is concerned one of serious concerns of allegations that were made regarding the integrity of that building. There is also an issue that there has been no response to correspondents which was sent to the WAF on behalf of our client as to the false and misleading publicity that was given in relation to their initial temporary evacuation of the building. ” said Adish Narayan – Lawyer
An engineering company was also contracted to inspect the building.
“We have a a very credible report from engineered designs which actually refuted every allegation which was made by WAF and the Mineral Resources Department as I said there has been no response to that and my client does intend to pursue this and he is waiting for in fact official apology and unconditional apology as some suggestion for the way forward that has still not come but the fact that they have moved in I suppose it’s a good session that they accept what our clients expert engineering designs have said. ” Narayan
