Prime Fiji will take their plea on the 31st of next month.
Prime Fiji Limited has been charged by FICAC with one count of forgery and one count of using a forged document.
The company’s National Operations Manager Atunaisa Matavesi appeared on behalf of the company in the Suva Magistartes Court today.
FICAC today also filed the full disclosures.
Prime Fiji who is represented by Pulekeria Low of Howards Law had requested the court to adjourn the matter for one month as they have to go through the volume of the disclosures.
It is alleged that Prime Fiji Limited submitted Falsified Performance Security Bond of Westpac Bank amounting to $351,865 to Fiji Roads Authority while negotiating a street light renewal agreement with Fiji Roads Authority.
